Guidant Terms of Use

Welcome to Guidant! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Changes in Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

Membership

Your Guidant membership will continue until terminated. To use the Guidant services, you must have internet access, a Guidant-ready device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.

1. Account Creation

When you sign up for Guidant, you’ll need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription Plans & Trial Period

We may offer various subscription plans, including free trial periods for new users. If you sign up for a trial, you will have access to the services for the duration of the trial period. Once the trial ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using Guidant. Failure to subscribe will result in the suspension of access to the services.

3. Billing and Cancellation

3.1 Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for Guidant and any additional charges (such as taxes or transaction fees) will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date specified in your "Account" section. The length of your billing cycle depends on the subscription plan selected at the time of sign-up. 

 

3.2 Payment Method: To use Guidant, you must provide a valid Payment Methods. If a payment is unsuccessful and your account is not canceled, we may suspend access to the services until a valid Payment Method is charged.

3.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your Guidant membership at any time through the "Account" section. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused Guidant services.
